OUR VISION

Audiokult Radio’s mission is to bring to the forefront the very best of up and coming unsigned and independent artists, as well as independent labels with a premise to provide exposure in a mainstream radio entertainment style venue.

We also acknowledge and assist various other mediums of art such as Indie Film, Indie Artists, Comedians, and Publishers.

We feel in all forms art saves!

OUR MEANING

Why did we choose Audiokult Radio as the name?

Audio meaning “sound” and Kult meaning “a group of followers” seemed to be an excellent choice for what our mission is. Of course we intend to bring more then just music to you but our main purpose is unsigned, and independent music.

OUR HISTORY (KULTOGRAPHY)

1996 – CEO Frank DiGaudio’s initial vision of what would later become “Audiokult Radio” started while attending The Institute of Audio Research in Manhattan, New York, where his passion for the music industry blossomed. Unfortunately, his dream would have to take a backseat due to relocating to Florida shortly thereafter.

1997 – Moved to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. For the next few years he found work as a private bodyguard for “A” list celebrities with a private investigation company. He handled security for a variety of celebrities, one of which was Whitney Houston.

2002 – Frank later moved to Ocala, Florida. This would be where he met Graven Ravenwolf.

2004 - After reuniting with long time friend’s Jim Flanagan, his brother William Golding Esq., and business associate Michael Henry they created Primo International Entertainment, and Subteranium Rekordingz (not misspelled).

2005 – 2007 – During this time he continued to build a huge contact list of bands and managers while working the club scene as a professional bartender/bouncer. In January of 2007 he reunited with his close friend Graven Ravenwolf. At which time he was brought on as the Director of Marketing and Promotions for the Comic Publisher “Big City Comics”. This opportunity entailed coordinating marketing events to promote brand identity. In the process this allowed him to work and cultivate long lasting relationships with a wide array of celebrities, professional artists, and business colleagues in POP – Culture of the Art & Entertainment Industry.

2008 – At this time Big City Comics was suffering financial short comings due to economical strife in the comic publishing industry, forcing it to close down. Frank returned to New York City and began prepping Primo International Entertainment & Subteranium Rekordingz for launch. Yearning to return to Florida he set in motion events for his return.

2009 – Still an Executive Partner in Primo International Entertainment & Subteranium Rekordingz. Frank felt the need to further his career/education in 2009. Thus he began to secure his degree of study in the entertainment and music industry. He moved to enroll in the “Entertainment Business Bachelors Degree Program” at Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida.

This is where the original project “Audio Anarchy” was born. After learning and gaining a stronger perspective in the entertainment industry, Frank and the project evolved into what is now known as “AUDIOKULT RADIO”.

2010 – AUDIOKULT RADIO was formed in the summer of 2010. It was an evolution of the previous project “Audio Anarchy”, the goal of which to become a new rising force in the music industry. It will be a launching pad to generate strong focus on underground music, mainly in the genre of rock, gothic, and industrial.
